Smoking Policy

1. No smoking inside the villa and room.
2. Please use ashtrays (do not throw cigarette butts in the garden/pool area).

Pool Rules

1. Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard).
2. Please do not use towels from the bathroom for the pool.

Electricity & Air Conditioner

1. Please turn off AC and lights when leaving the room.
2. Keep doors and windows closed while AC is running

Pets 

1. No pet allowed

Safety & Security

1. Lock doors and gates when leaving.
2. Do not leave valuables outside.
3. The owner is not responsible for lost items.

Terms & Conditions

• Damage deposit of : IDR 5,000,000,-
• The deposit will be fully returned on the day of check-out, provided there is:
  1. No damage to the property, No missing items, No excessive cleaning required, No violation of villa rules
  2. Any damages or losses will be deducted from the deposit accordingly.
• Once we have confirmed your dates, we require deposit or full payment to secure your booking. The final payment must be done in the first meeting with us. On payment of this deposit you will be deemed to have accepted these on Artha Sadia Villa.
• There are no refunds on deposits or balance of payment if the booking is cancel.
• Administration Law: These Terms and Conditions are covered in all their aspects by the Laws of Indonesia and any legal action that may arise related to the contract will need to be resolved before the country’s competent body.

Seseh Beach is known for its unique black volcanic sand and is a great spot for relaxing, surfing, or enjoying sunsets. We look forward to see you at our place.
