Guest Rules

1) Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: after 2 pm
  • Check-out: before 11 am
  • Late check-out is only possible if approved in advance.

2) Electricity & Air Conditioner

  • Please turn off AC and lights when leaving the room.
  • Keep doors and windows closed while AC is running.

3) Maximum Guests

  • Only registered guests may stay overnight.
  • Visitors are allowed only with prior approval.

4) Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Please keep music and noise at a respectful level.

5) Parties & Events

  • No parties or events unless approved in writing.
  • No loud music, DJ, or sound system without permission.

6) Smoking Policy

  • No smoking inside the villa and room.
  • Please use ashtrays (do not throw cigarette butts in the garden/pool area).

7) Pool Rules

  • Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard).
  • Please do not use towels from the bathroom for the pool.

8) Towels & Linen

  • Towels and linens are provided for normal use.
  • Lost or heavily stained items may be charged.

9) Food & Drinks

  • Please avoid eating in the bedrooms.
  • Clean spills immediately to prevent ants and insects.

10) Pets

  • No pets allowed.

11) Damage & Maintenance

  • Please treat the villa like your own home.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately.
  • Guests may be charged for repairs, missing items, or deep cleaning.

12) Trash & Cleanliness

  • Please keep the villa tidy.
  • Put trash in the bins provided.
  • Do not flush tissue, sanitary products, or anything except toilet paper.

13) Safety & Security

  • Lock doors and gates when leaving.
  • Do not leave valuables outside.
  • The owner is not responsible for lost items.

14) Illegal Activities

  • No illegal drugs or illegal activities.
  • No weapons.
  • Prostitution is not allowed.

15) Respect the Neighborhood

  • Please respect local culture and neighbors.
  • Keep noise low, especially at night.

Terms & ConditionS

  • Damage deposit of : IDR 5,000,000,- (Return this to the guests: the day they check out)
  • Once we have confirmed your dates, we require deposit or full payment to secure your booking. The final payment must be done in the first meeting with us. On payment of this deposit you will be deemed to have accepted these on ARTHA SADIA VILLA I.
  • There are no refunds on deposits or balance of payment if the booking is cancel.
  • Administration Law: These Terms and Conditions are covered in all their aspects by the Laws of Indonesia and any legal action that may arise related to the contract will need to be resolved before the country’s competent body.
